Nice Apartment, Tyrant Landlord
Pros
The apartment was spacious and had a backyard. There were never any rodent or roach issues and it was very close to public transportation and food markets.
Cons
The neighbors in the building were very controlling and reported every and any thing including if my TV was too loud during the day. The landlord tried to make me a born again christian numerous times over the phone.
Advice to the owners
Loosen up and let paying tenants feel at home in their home.
