Worst management company EVER

None that come to mind.
Cons
Do not rent here. Management company (Arya Management) completely ignores tenants and the issues they raise. They don’t take care of their buildings or their tenants and only care about one thing: collecting rent. Worst rental experience I’ve had in NY.
Advice to the owners
Answer emails and calls from your tenants and actually start addressing their issues and concerns.
