Wouldnt rent from this landlord
Pros
close to the myrtle willoughby g train stop
Cons
If Dana is the landlord she is very unresponsive and relies on off the street labor to fix your apt. Our apartment had many roof issues with water leaks, that went unfixed. If you have issues that wont be fixed fast.
Advice to the owners
pass on the ownership to someone else.
