Pros
- ease to access area to throw away garbage - size of apartment - washer and dryer
Cons
- pests - landlord can be unresponsive when issues arise - if you have a conflict with a neighboring apartment, he says who submitted the report and ends up stirring up a lot of drama between neighbors - doesn't want to handle issues - outdoor area is never maintained
