THE BEST SUPER

Pros

The building is really clean and well kept. The super is great and very responsive. He takes great care of the outside and inside of the building and whenever you need anything he responds right away

The renters/owners are a little snobby.

Cute quaint urban home

Pros

Laundry in building, clean, quiet, well maintained.

Cons

Starting to get noisy outside due to location of bars down the block, nothing unreasonable

Need to bait laundry room with bug traps
