Amazing location, great landlord
Pros
In the center of everything: bars, restaurants, parks, etc. There are no bars on the block but has tons of neighborhood go-to spots for everything. The super is very attentive and always happy to help.
Cons
The street can be loud because of people coming back from the bars in the area and traffic/firetrucks passing through.
Advice to the owners
Keep up the good work!
