Good small building
Pros
Well maintained building in a great location! Management office is in the building directly behind, so easy to get in contact with them.
Cons
Could hear my neighbor fighting in their unit, but they moved out

Great, responsive management, well-maintained building
Pros
Building is kept clean and well maintained. Management is fast to respond to any issues.
Cons
Utilities were expensive. The in-wall forced air heat/AC units work well but seem to draw a lot of power.
