Landlords don’t respond to requests, never got my security deposit back, when I finally got someone on the phone they were so rude

Inattentive landlord, skip this building
Pros
Laundry in basement, proximity to train, bars, grocery store.
Cons
Landlords ignored serious water leak in our apartment for nearly two months. Did nothing about an apparent squatter in the basement.
Advice to the owners
If your company’s purpose is to manage these properties, where are you? Pay attention to the conditions of your buildings and do your “job”.
