Good building, not sound proof

Building is kept very clean. Staff is friendly and responsive
Cons
There is zero soundproofing, can hear everything going on in your neighbours’ apartment

Great location, very loud
Pros
TJs next door. Close distance to most subway lines.
Cons
Clubs next door are extremely loud. Garbage room is not cleaned frequently enough.
