Cheap landlord
Pros
Was able to store bike & plants in the driveway
Cons
Everything installed is very cheap: the kitchen cabinets fell off almost every month, the toilets kept breaking, and there were leaks in the bathroom that were never fixed.
Advice to the owners
Fix things please
