Loved the building with its quirks
Pros
Wonderful location just steps from prospect park and Vanderbilt Ave, good space, and pretty responsive management overall. Love Mike, the live in super.
Cons
We lived on the first floor and there was a water bug problem and critters crawling into our windows. Noise being on the first floor as well and hearing everything from outside including the construction

Great apartment!
Pros
Honestly everything. Amazing apartment and everyone in the building was so nice! Live in super who’s always around to help if needed. Well maintained for the most part!
Cons
Had a very small mice issue that quickly went Away with help from the super and me getting a cat. But that’s the only issue I ever had when living here.
Advice to the owners
Honestly nothing. I enjoyed living here and would again.
