Great place to live
Pros
The management company is a DREAM compared to most NYC landlords. They respond quickly to every request and fix anything you need in a timely manner. The location is great and so close to the subway, laundromats, restaurants & bars and grocery stores.
Cons
Neighborhood can be a bit loud at times but other than that, this is a great place to live!
Advice to the owners
Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s a breath of fresh air to deal with a management company that actually cares about their tenants. :)
