Nice but small issues

Kitchen updated Hardwood floors Near 5/2/6 train Stores nearby
Cons
Roaches (not extreme but you will see a few) 1 mouse Landlord doesn’t fix things soon enough Neighborhood is a bit dangerous
Advice to the owners
Pest control needs to be done every month free of charge.
