Pros
Clean, close to Columbia campus, responsive management
Cons
Old building with spotty heat and at times semi loud street noise

Clean and prompt!
Pros
Renovated around 2014-2015 which left it very clean, owners were always responsive
Cons
Elevator always felt precarious but that's not unusual in NYC
Advice to the owners
Keep it up!
