Great Building - management company dependent

Fantastic amenities, friendly staff, quiet and peaceful building
Cons
It’s a condo, so the service to your specific unit depends on the management company or owners responsiveness. In my unit’s case, the management company was slow to respond to requests. Outside of that no issues with the building itself

Friendly staff, beautiful entryway, great amenities (including a full gym), laundry on every floor
Cons
Lighting varies from apartments, no pets for renters
