Pros
This home was beautiful and well kept. Incredible classic bed stuy neighborhood block, beautiful neighborhood w/ lots of activities and block parties.
Cons
The ONE drawback of this beautiful home was the owner - who although kept it very professional, would sometimes have unpredictable behavior bouts with tenants - not responding about lease renewals for example.
Advice to the owners
Sometimes communication felt personalized instead of professional - I felt that the mood of the owner had a potential impact on my living situation.

Owner Sneaks In and Steals
Pros
Beautiful well upgraded brownstone with yard and storage.
Cons
I had to sue the landlord because he (and the super) KEPT sneaking in while I was working or sleeping.
Advice to the owners
Understand you’re real “rapey”.
