Managed terribly. Otherwise great.
Pros
Great location. Most convenient location in the EV. Quiet, considering the block.
Cons
Managed like garbage. Garbage piles up. Super unresponsive.
Advice to the owners
Hire a different property management company.

Apartments are spacious and relatively clean.
Cons
Never once met the super, had various problems over 3 years and no answer from the super. Management has held my security deposit for months on end with no intention of returning it when I left no damages
Advice to the owners
Get a better super.
