Truly a luxury building

Pros

Phenomenal doorpeople that are incredibly professional and great at their jobs. Excellent apartments with top of the line finishes. Super fancy common areas, including a fabulous rooftop. Spoiled me for future apartments.

Cons

Not a fan of the area. Also charging extra for the gym… really??

This Rose Smells

Pros

Great location and adequately staffed.

Cons

The monthly charges for the amenities (including soviet-era gym equipment) is tacky; Rose Associates is the undisputed leader of rent gouging existing tenants on renewals -- so be prepared to move after your initial lease is up.

Advice to the owners

Abandon the bait and switch approach to tenant renewals.
