Smelliest building in NYC
Pros
The apartments are fairly large.
Cons
Not a great neighborhood, building reeks of cigarette smoke, there is a drug den on the first floor, apartments are not maintained and repairs take forever
Advice to the owners
Invest in the building? You can’t ask for higher rent and then do little to nothing to maintain the building. It is disgusting.

Pros
Over 4 years no huge issues beyond the expected in an old building.
Cons
Building was absolutely falling apart, always expecting something catastrophic to happen. Did go 5 months without cooking gas once.
