Good location, ok apartment to live
Pros
Building is good but older, great location and has laundry in the building. Super is responsive and helpful.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while to get things fixed. The noise levels get loud outside, the laundry in basement is next to trash and can get a bit full on the weekends

-The laundry room/garbage room was disgusting -low security -rats!
