Cons
Management is terrible and lazy. My roommates and I sent out multiple requests for different maintenance issues, that were never was probably fixed. Management is a bunch of money-hungry bullies. Also before these issues came up management worked with a leaseholder who ran off with 4 months rent from almost everyone in the house IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC!!!
Advice to the owners
Fix windows, get the house rewired, and fix the mold in the basement
