UES review
Pros
Two floors for each unit. Two balconies. tall ceilings. Two bathrooms. Lots of closet space, exposed brick, open kitchen. Pets allowed!!!
Cons
Super is very unresponsive. I’ve had broken balcony screen door that he said he would fix. Never did. A cockroach I found he told me to “flush down the toilet” instead of calling an exterminator. When I moved in the apartment was filthy and he said he did the best he could to clean it but there was literally Grime everywhere so....
Advice to the owners
The actual apartment is lovely just dealing with the super sucks.
