Great Apartment (Minus A Couple Issues)

Pros

Newly renovated, washer/dryer in unit, high ceilings, not many issues (and issues are addressed quickly)

Cons

Living area gets very hot in the summer because not window for AC unit in living area (only in bedrooms), roaches in the summer (has been better in the past year due to pest control visits).
