It’s a mixed bag
Pros
Friendly doormen, great natural light
Cons
Mice problem, some tenants monopolize the roof and were rude to other tenants which made a beautiful space much less pleasant

Best place to live
Pros
The staff are extremely kind and accommodating and the location is amazing.
Cons
There are a couple doormen that irk me and are slow at their jobs but overall not much to complain about
