Horrid, disgusting, overpriced

Bad plumbing, plumbing would back up and sewage water would flood the entire bottom floor. There’s also a leak in the front wall. Mold problem in the bathroom, shower is covered in black mold. Pest problems, large roach and spider infestation along with other insects, mainly in the kitchen but found all over the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Fix the plumbing, mold and bug problems.
