-walking distance to everything
Cons
-Management very rude. -Superintendent very unprofessional, lazy, complains about doing his job. -filthy building:hallways always dirty, you complain to management or superintendent and nothing is done about it. -maintenance takes forever to fix.
Advice to the owners
- Fire existing superintendent and hire another ASAP!
