I Had a Good Experience
Pros
Building management is the most professional I have worked with and are quick to respond.
Cons
Basement can get roaches at times. Loud street as there are a lot of delivery vehicles.
Advice to the owners
Keep it up!

Pretty solid overall
Pros
I’ve had a generally comfortable experience living here. The landlords are hands on and care about the building and are responsive to tenants. It can be a bit much at times but I’d prefer this than an absentee landlord.
Cons
A lot of little things breaking/ needing to be fixed (drains clogging, toilet handle breaking, etc) but they deal with it, the handyman/ super is helpful. Sometimes you can hear into other units but it’s not too bad.
