Pros
At a good location, it has lots of delis and restaurants nearby.
Cons
My apartment in the building has cockroaches and my roommate once spotted a rat. Also, the piping drainage system of the apartment is quite old so the broker advised us not to flush down tissues directly after having a clogged issue which I personally find an unhygienic thing to do. There is no washer and a dryer in the building or in my apartment so we have to use a laundromat which can be pretty inconvenient at times. Close to the subway station, so the subway train noise is pretty loud. Especially during night it can get more noisy when the subway passes by.
Advice to the owners
The current super in the building is not very responsive. He once got very aggressive when we had a toilet clogging issue. I am not sure if that is a one time behaviour but still not appreciated.
