Good place in a budget
Pros
The building is clean, no roaches or bugs
Cons
There are people hanging out outside the buildings on the street which is kind of weird at times

A Decent Place to Live
Pros
Common areas kept clean. The building super responds and visits usually the same day if there’s a problem. Many food options around!
Cons
Once or twice a year leak issues in my unit from above. Can be noisy during spring/summer from loud music outside.
Advice to the owners
Try to permanently fix leak issues.
