My First NYC Apt
Pros
Amazing location, charming, more residential block. My place got great light and the view facing the back of the building was really lovely. Never saw a roach nor a mouse!
Cons
The Super in this building wasn't great. Not very responsive. I actually did not have working heat, no radiator was ever hooked up in my unit.
