loved the neighborhood and the other tenants when i lived there
Cons
landlord unresponsive, recently did subpar renovations and is renting at 3-4x what it was before
Advice to the owners
you are meant to maintain the building not just collect rent

Too many tenants in building, so would often not get enough hot water owner not responsive to repair requests had a leak loud neghbours
