Good bang for your buck
Pros
Reasonably priced rent, friendly owner who is really responsive, no rats/no roaches, quiet building on a fairly quiet street. Heat works well and water pressure is perfect.
Cons
Sometimes the super takes a while to tend to issues. And sometimes the lobby/stairs aren't the cleanest.

- Pests/Pest control - Water issues - Heat issues - Maintence/Super - Packages stolen
