Not A Great Place to Live

Pros

The apartment had two bathrooms which was great if you had a roommate. It made sharing the apartment a whole lot more bearable.

Cons

It has a very prominent rodent infestation. Water pressure is pretty low. It’s above a club that blasts music pretty heavily at night

- recently renovated - well-maintained - quick response to maintenance requests - video intercom - sizable bedrooms

Cons

- it's next to a school so can be noisy during the day (recess)
