Very great building
Pros
Great super, super responsive management, barely increased our rent from year to year. Great space in apt and awesome having a W/D and split unit AC.
Cons
Some of our upstairs neighbors were very loud but I think they got kicked out so management took care of it. Had a German cockroach problem but took care of it with advion so can’t speak to how management would’ve handled it but they’re great with everything else.

Quiet Brownstone is Small But Nice
Pros
High Ceilings make this apartment feel bigger than it is. No noise between units. Nice Neighbors are quiet and friendly. In-Unit washer/dryer combo . Big closet additions.
Cons
Periodic pests. Very small kitchen. Dryer periodically doesn’t work and can’t be repaired.
