Horrible management
Pros
Laundry in unit, close to train.
Cons
Heat went out most of the time, unresponsive but at least they provided us with space heaters. Base boards you are paying so much for heat does not work and they refused to comply and assist.
Advice to the owners
Actually respond to tenants and DO YOUR JOB

Bad, unresponsive landlord
Pros
Small building. Larger apartments. No issues with heat or hot water.
Cons
Landlord completely unresponsive. Most appliances fail and are not repaired. Basement floods many times with rain water and SEWAGE backup.
Advice to the owners
Advise to landlord- manage the building. Even just a little.
