Nice apartment, not well maintained by landlord
Pros
Sunny rooms, big windows, always hot water, nice roof, good location
Cons
central air has problems, seems to not work at the change of the season when switching from a/c to heat and back. when i complained about the air problem, i was told to clean the air vents, which i have done multiple times to no change. Bathrooms and kitchens have minimal ventilation. The vents get dusty and they don't maintain them despite this issue.
Advice to the owners
Fix the a/c, replace the rooftop furniture, fix the rooftop door, regularly schedule ventilation cleanings.

Central heat and AC, roof access, renovated kitchen
Cons
Hard to get natural lighting Questionable sized bedroom in unit, it’s always been hard to get anyone in there
Advice to the owners
Add a storage locker for tenants use in basement
