Too many roach roommates
Pros
Pet friendly and small. We had no issues with neighbors. We’re pretty sure many units are illegal airbnbs though and some guests were really loud.
Cons
The apartment was dark and roach infested. Not a good combo at all. It got way worse when the unit upstairs moved out. I assume they bombed it for roaches. Also they never repaired one of the bathrooms after the ceiling caved in.
Advice to the owners
Cut the grass and exterminate.

the managements. do. a lot of herrasment. calling all the time to collect the rent and. knock at the doot even at 10. pm at night
