Men always on the stoop, catcalling , it’s a stop to sell weed. Landlord’s boiler is old and breaks down often, causing the heat to be inconsistent. The apt has an issue with mice and roaches but the rent is over 2,000. The landlord does not want to invest any money by hiring professional contractors to invest into the building, so he does the work himself and does it incorrectly and slow. To top it off, the windows facing each other create an open quarter and everyone throws their garbage there, causing pigeons to nest there, we had an issue where an infestation of pigeon fleas entered the apt and full extermination had to happen for 4 days. The landlord said he would create a net to stop the garbage but that never happened

Absolutely nothing good about this apartment
Cons
Everything. There’s a bug problem which owner initially refused to acknowledge. There is always people in front of building who DO NOT live in building loitering on the main stairs.
