Not the worst
Pros
The location, my apartment, access to garbage chute and elevator
Cons
Common areas are not cleaned regularly, pest control is not consistent, and new people moving in are not ideal. Management does not fix things promptly .
Advice to the owners
Please keep up with pest control and keeping the building tidy.

Lovely Apartment
Pros
The apartment is lovely, lots of natural light and closets.
Cons
The super could do a better job of cleaning and less socializing.

You should make unannounced inspections of the building.
