He pays for heat bc there is no heat

Good people in the neighborhood. Backyard.
Cons
Mice No heat When I was living there, he would make improvements to the building that didn’t benefit us and use it as an excuse to not fully fix stuff because he had spent all this money doing other things.
Advice to the owners
Fix heat.
