Management company does not care about tenants and acts in bad faith

Location is the only good thing

The building was not clean and clearly not well maintained, stairs were dirty, and the appliances were old and so hard to get fixed. But the worst part is the management company. They are really slow replying and tough to get through, very aggressive and not helpful at all. Don't count on them helping on anything. To make it even worse, they refused to give back my security deposit and were extremely rude and unhelpful.
Advice to the owners
Change EVERYTHING, start thinking about the tenant. Be fair.

Issues with Mice. Management is Unreliable at Times with Slow Responsiveness and not super understanding at times. Other times, quite helpful. My roommate and I had very different experiences. Old Building that isn’t Super Well Maintained in Certain Aspects

Renovate the units and better responsiveness and transparency from Esquire management
