Not many tenants in the building. Noise level is fine. Nice apartment.

Wish the mice could be controlled a little better, but not a big deal.
Beautiful but expensive
Pros
Beautiful building, looked out over Fulton park tall trees. It had just been renovated when I moved in. It was quiet, close to the train, and everything was brand new.
Cons
Expensive, things weren’t finished and there was outstanding construction/plumbing work to be done when I moved in. a walk up building, creaky stairs, occasional roach (probably due to pet food from the downstairs neighbors leaving food out), laundry in the basement was annoying to get to but functional.
Advice to the owners
Decrease your rent. The building is beautiful but lack of amenities makes it not worth it. Get more washers and dryers for the basement. It seemed like unless I did laundry at midnight there was always someone’s stuff down there.
