Decent but overpriced
Pros
Good location and relatively clean, great roof access
Cons
Garbage piles up in the chutes, fixtures in bathroom and kitchen look nice but are cheap and fall apart quickly

Don’t live here
Pros
The apartments are pretty spacious and cheap for what you get.
Cons
Everything. There’s roaches everywhere, rats in the walls, and creepy men who smoke cigarettes and drink all hours of the day and play loud music in the lobby with no regards to their neighbors. It always smells disgusting and the landlord is extremely unresponsive.
