Decent apartment ok landlord
Pros
Nice roof (but with poor drainage). Didn’t have any pests in the unit. Tall ceilings and decent light.
Cons
Can’t get fios here, the garbage was kept under the stairs indoors and smelled disgusting. Glass doors so the packages are always stolen. The electricity bill was ridiculously high because the wall units and water heater are electric guzzlers, especially since it could be better insulated. Not the worst landlord but prefers to speak to men instead of women.
Advice to the owners
Fix the garbage situation.

Pros
Good size unit. Place to eat and watch TV. Large bedrooms
Cons
Gets hot in the common area. Bugs in laundry room
