Best super you’ll ever have in the world!
Pros
The super Laundromat is right below the building Great parks Subway station close Buzzer works Great appliances and water pressure Neighbors were sweet and kind
Cons
Not the most clean (landlord should invest on a deep cleaning), also some neighbors were not clean and left trash A bit noisy on one side (right by Amsterdam Av) The mailboxes were tricky

Help the super by investing in deep cleaning the building

The walk up, the rugs, the unresponsive nature from management to do anything to the building or keep it livable
