didn't like building
Pros
Really pretty building from the 1930's. Located right across the street from Shore Road, so nice to run or walk along there.
Cons
The super is awful, won't fix anything unless you give him money. Very lazy won't answer his cell messages. Management is nasty and rude to owners and renters.
Advice to the owners
Get a new super, fix the heat old radiators give off little heat. Plumbing needs to be redone, new furnaces everything.

Quiet enclave of Bay Ridge - nice neighbors in the building.
Cons
Withholds heat - random construction at all hours - management utterly unresponsive - serious pest control issues
Advice to the owners
Someone (other than the contractors your hire) needs to understand what's happening with construction in the building and notify owners/tenants. Pest control really needs to be taken in hand. You have good people in your building and it seems you are trying all of our patience. Good owners/tenants are not a dime a dozen.
