Pros
-cleaning/maintenance team is onsite daily - site supervisor is responsive when I text them - front desk concierge is onsite in M-F in the evenings - neighborhood and tenants are pretty quiet. - solid gym - mail room is a plus
Cons
- bathroom sink water pressure - corridors could use a paint touch up - nice rooftop but no grill on the rooftop.
Avoid, unless really really desperate
Pros
- Gym in the basement of the building - Rooftop with views of Manhattan - Daily cleaning of shared areas
Cons
- Thin walls between apartments - Management responsiveness is delayed or non-existent, with poor communication on getting keys and repairs. - Cheap or bad quality finishing around the apartment - Deposit not returned even two months after leaving the building. Management does not respond to phone calls or email. - Make sure to validate property owner is properly listed on lease agreement.
Advice to the owners
Treat your tenants properly by not disrespecting them and their time!
