Diamond in the VERY rough on President Street
Pros
Loved the rent stabilized rents, the great neighbors, and the location.
Cons
Management VERY difficult to track down for repairs.

Pros
Water pressure was good, neighbors were friendly, clean hallways.
Cons
Old building with small garbage disposal near sidewalk which meant rats lurking every night. But they never got inside the building.
