Apartment is newly renovated and clean, but building is poorly maintained
Pros
- Good kitchen with new appliances and dishwasher - Good bathroom/shower/water pressure - Laundry in basement - Closets - High ceilings
Cons
- There is ALWAYS overflowing trash in front of the building - Mostly unresponsive building management - Back yard is great to have but it's always filled with trash - Front doors slam super loudly
Advice to the owners
Building management could be far more communicative (one time they changed the code to the front door without informing tenants for over an hour), and building could be much better maintained.
