Apartments need to be fix the floors are coming apart the pipes are rusted
Pros
The hallways are always clean garbage is always neat in front of the building
Cons
The heat never works

Mostly good some bad.
Pros
Most of the people in the building are nice. They try to keep the building clean the the tenants make that very very hard..
Cons
A lot of noise and trash with teenagers and small children playing in the hallways. Drugs sold outside of building.
Advice to the owners
Get rid of the drug dealers.
